Our standard Gymnastic Rings are made from high strength composite resin. The rings have a specialized textured surface for optimum grip with our without chalk. Additionally the ring size was designed to match the size of standard gymnastic ring size specified by the Federation International of Gymnastics. There are endless amounts of exercises that can be accomplished on these rings everything from push ups to muscle ups! - Simple to setup and use - Nearly unlimited variations of body weight exercises.
